By using our website or by subscribing to one or more categories of jobs via our website or by text registration, you accept the Terms of Use & Service. 

TxtAjob is not a recruitment agency, employer or a recruiter.

TxtAjob is merely a platform that collects job positions available in the market or allows employers to post their positions directly onto the website.We facilitate jobseekers by texting them the positions for free to their mobile phone.We take no responsibility for the accuracy of these job positions, their current status, the accuracy of contact details posted or for 3rd party information posted on the site  We provide a search and free subscription service for jobseekers and send job positions to you by text alert should they fall into the category of job you have subscribed to.  If you chose to unsubscribe to one or all categories you must free text STOP to 57003 or log onto your profile with txtAjob.ie and un-subscribe to different categories.  Unsubscribing does not remove your profile from txtAjob.ie. If you would like to delete your profile you must send a request to info@txtAjob.ie.

Other Services

If any txtAjob.ie services require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Uploading your CV

Jobseekers may decide to upload their CV for convenience. TxtAjob.ie is not a recruitment agency and does not provide this information to employers.  The job seeker must choose to send the CV to the employer themselves and does not allow employers to search CV’s.  However, should a third party gain access to your CV by evading our security measures, we cannot be held responsible.

You may remove your CV from our database at any time. However, if you have sent your CV to a third party you will need to take up anything with regards to that information with that third party.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your CV in these instances as you have complete control over who receives your CV.

Quality of job vacancy content

We endeavour to provide timely text alerts so that jobseekers find them relevant and helpful. See below how we ensure the quality of our text alerts.

• Only relevant jobs can be posted to the website; relevant meaning
  • In date, i.e. posted within the last 30 days
  • Real positions advertised in the public domain in other mediums (but not limited to)such as newspapers, websites, and with recruitment agencies.   
• After a new job has been added, the employer can renew the ad for another 30 days should the vacancy not be filled. The employer can also delete (deactivate) the ad immediately should the position be filled, which halt additional candidates applying for the job and/or redundant text messages being sent out.
• Each position will only be text once to job seekers.  If you are interested in the job you free text back YES, at which stage the job posting is also put onto your profile online.  This allows you to visit the information again, in an instance you might delete the job from your phone and/or want to revisit jobs you applied for at a future date.    
• Quality of your CV is completely your responsibility.  Sending this CV to prospective employers is 100% under your control and txtAjob.ie cannot be held responsible for content in your CV. 
• Illegal or Misleading ads will be removed.  All vacancies must be verified by txtAjob.ie personnel before they go live and/or are sent to job seekers in the respective categories.
• We endeavour to provide relevant, paying employment alerts.  With this in mind we currently do not allow the following job postings on our site:
  • Work from home opportunities
  • Barter or volunteer positions
  • Deferred pay positions
  • Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or positions that require a monetary investment by the job seeker.
• Note we may allow for this category in the future, so only those job seekers looking for those types of opportunities will receive them.
